Our client a leading contractor are recruiting for a Scheduler to join on a  contract basis  with a view it may be extended working in Oxford paying up to £15.21 per hour Ltd.

Working within a small team you will coordinate the repair or safety defects on Oxfordshire County Councils roads, Extract Safety Defect information (type of repair, location of repair) from either an electronic database, telephone call or email and allocate the job to the appropriate delivery team.
 
 
Key responsibilities:
 
·Dealing with calls (or emails) from teams for urgent repairs; identifying what information is needed & recording accurately and pass on to workforce.
 
·Receiving calls from workforce for on & off-site times and logging times/information on the systems accordingly.
 
·Receiving calls from workforce/inspectors for anything found extra from onsite/ or while traveling, logging information on the system accordingly.
 
·Dealing with jobs recorded during Out of Hours to make sure it is cross referenced between systems
 
 
Skills required:
 
·Good timekeeper
·Good all round communication skills - written, numerical & vocal.
·Good IT skills -  Excel/word documents.
·Map reading & geographical knowledge of Oxfordshire preferable.
