Road Lighting Design Engineer is equired for a consultancy offering remote working for the right candidate.
 
As the Road Lighting Design Engineer you will work closely with a team lighting specialists with responsibility for ensuring the highest levels of quality in your project deliverables
 
The role is outside IR35.
 

The Ideal Candiate  
·Degree qualified, ideally in a relevant engineering discipline, with 3 years' relevant experience, or HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering with 5 years' relevant experience.
·Good working knowledge of the road lighting industry.
·Demonstrable working knowledge of relevant design standards, best practice guidance and legislation.
·LED and CMS design (inspection and testing experience desirable).
·Experience of invest to save business case development an advantage.
·Competent in the use of CAD and lighting design software such as Lighting Reality / Calculux
·Applied experience of CDM 2015, health & safety management, quality and environmental standards.
·Good written and oral communication skills.
