An opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor or Senior QS to join a growing civil engineering organisation, on a permanent basis, covering the M25 network.

As the successful applicant you will have previous experience in this role on highway schemes or motorway networks. This role may suit somebody looking to make the step from Quantity Surveyor to Senior, depending on their exposure to Highways.

Duties will include overseeing cost forecasting, change management and associated risks, contract management and negotiation.

Experience and Qualifications:

· HNC, HND or Degree educated in Quantity Surveying (or related discipline)
· Previous highways experience, ideally with Highways England projects
· Have good working knowledge and experience with the NEC form of contract, and measuring work in accordance with the Method of Measurement for Roads and Bridges
· Experience of Design and Build contracts
