Residential Quantity Surveyor - Hampshire
 
Do you have Residential & Contracting Experience?
 
If working on high quality projects holds value to you, I am working with a well-established Residential Builder renowned for their quality of build
 
 
Duties include (but not limited to)
·Forecasting the cost of the materials needed for site
·Preparing tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills, and other documents
·Tracking changes to the design
·Measuring and valuing the work done on site
·liaising with contractors daily to check all information given is correct and processing the invoices
·Holding meetings with clients
Candidate Requirements
·Residential construction-based background
·Knowledge of Residential Housing Market
·Contracting Experience
·Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams
·HNC/NVQ3 in construction or significant experience
