Quantity Surveyor
 
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Highways Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established highways term maintenance provider on a long-term contract basis. Our client is based in the North West of England and has a national presence.
As the successful candidate, you will join a large and busy team, and will be required to have an in-depth knowledge of highway maintenance contracts and in particular the NEC Suite of Contracts.
 

Main Duties are:

·Managing works on day to day, including making and requesting payments
·Chasing & agreeing final accounts from subcontractors and agreeing the same with client
·Supporting with month end and cost value reconciliations.
·Running a large programme of works, demonstrating sound organizational skills.
