My client is a leading consultancy who are working for a client side organisation on Crossrail.
 
Location: WFH with some site attendance (Central London)
 
Rate: £440 day umbrella but can be flexible for the right candidate
 
Contract length: 6 months +
 
Job role:
 
The Track "general" Infrastructure Maintenance Engineer Crossrail is the technical maintenance specialist ensuring safety, reliability and performance outputs are achieved and sustained for all track assets.
 
·Ensure compliance to applicable standards and operational requirements
·Complete technical analysis, troubleshooting and assurance activities to deliver a safe, operable and reliable railway
·Assures the right level of compliance and quality is achieved
·Deliver continuous improvement through asset review and improvements
 
Requirements:
·Substantial experience as a Track engineer
·Expert knowledge in track and drainage and associated systems, substantial knowledge in standards and their application
·Substantial knowledge of track and drainage, maintenance methods and associated legislation and standards
·Appreciation of Reliability Based Maintenance and its application on track assets
