If so I have a role for a Property Surveyor (Damp and Mould) on an interim basis.
 
Rate: £275 per day Umbrella

Role
·Management of Mould and Condensation Surveys to include HHSRS provides a way that hazards can be assessments
·Carry out Hazzard 1 and 2 HHSRS inspections in dwellings producing works schedules.
·Specification and Issue of same day works orders and management of Contract works within properties.
·Specify PRV Ventilation systems and air quality sensors in homes.
·Manage all works case by case including resident liaising and working OOH and evenings to support M&D works in the homes.
·Attending evening meetings and OOH inspections
·Provide reporting and document management including updating systems
·Management of Day to Day I.T. monitoring systems including Air quality systems
