Project Surveyor - Non Residential
 
Are you an experienced Building Surveyor/Project Manager with experience with public sector work that is looking for your next role?
 
If so this Local Authority Contract could give you just that.
 
 
 
Who will you be joining?  
 
You will be joining a Wales based Local Authority to join an established team of Surveyors, supporting them in the delivery of Capital Maintenance and projects particularly within the education sector.  
 
 
 
What will you do?
 
Within this role you will have a versatile list of responsibilities which includes the following:  
 
Assess works that need to be carried out to develop a breif  
 
Manage the Schedule of rates and approved suppliers
 
Oversee work through to completion and reviewing for quality of delivery
 
 Take responsibility for multiple schemes/programmes
 
 
 
What do you need?  
 
To be successful in your application for this role you will need to demonstrate the following on application and through the interview process:  
 
 
 
Building Surveying Qualification
 
Previous experience within a local authority setting
 
Experience of managing multiple projects valued from 5k to 2m  
 
Have held similar positions within recent career history
 
Experience of contract management and project management
