Asset Manager / Development Surveyor
 
Berkshire based Public Sector organisation are seeking an Asset Manager for a 6-month contract to assist in the management and delivery of their regeneration strategies.
 
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
 
·Support the Service Lead Regeneration
·Ensure the Council's Asset Management Plan and associated capital investment strategy is prepared, effectively deployed and delivered
·Monitor the progress and keep all records up to date
·Review development appraisals
·Liaise with both internal and external parties from contractors to share holders
 
To be successful in your application you will need to demonstrate the following:
 
·10 years + experience in Development/General Practice Surveying
·Previous success in the delivery of development and investment programmes.
· Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), or a similar professional body desirable
·Demonstratable experience in the successful delivery of capital investment strategies
·Previous evidence of corporate asset management within a public sector body
·A degree (or equivalent qualification) in Estate Management or related/ similar
