Due to recent project wins I am seeking an Project Manager with proven TfL experience to join a leading rail contractor on a long term contract basis.
 
Rate: £400-£450 (Inside IR35)
Location: Chelmsford and Remote Working
Duration: 10 Months - likely to extend
 
Requirements:
·3+ years Project Management experience
·Previous experience working on projects for TfL
·Experience managing contractors
·PTS, CSCS, SMSTS, SSSTS
·Full clean drivers' licence
 
Responsibilities:
 
- Developing the overall project delivery and reporting processes to ensure delivery of assigned projects meet relevant standards
- Being the day-to-day single point of contact for clients on all aspects pertaining to assigned projects.
- The financial performance and reporting of all projects, including financial performance through Oracle
- The contractual Quality and Health & Safety for all projects
- Producing Project Documentation from initiation through to project close out.
- Subcontract selection and management.
- Providing detailed and regular project reviews, reports and KPI's
- Undertaking regular Site Safety Inspections on project portfolio to promote a positive Health and Safety culture.
