Role: Process Engineer - Water
Duration: 6 months - Temporary turning Permanent
salary: £35,000 - £40,000
Location: South West Wales
Start date: ASAP
Are you a Process Engineer with experience within the water industry looking for a new challenge?
Do you have 4-5 years Waste water Experience as a Process Engineer?
My client, a leading contractor covering the full range of MEICA services from design to installation and maintenance within the water industry are currently looking for a Process Engineer who will support the team to deliver water treatment schemes.
In this role, you will be expected to work as part of the design team to develop and oversee delivery of innovative water treatment solutions to a range of clients covering multiple disciplines. You will use the support of an in house Lab as well as the process design team in order to deliver electrochemical based solutions.
To be considered for this position, you must:
- Live in an area where you are able to commute at least 3 days a week to their office in south West Wales.
- Be happy to stay away occasionally, domestically and abroad, to visit multiple client sites.
- Have a minimum of 4 years water sector experience e.g. with a water utility company or water framework company/contractor.
- A degree in Chemical Engineering, or similar
Although not essential, the following would be very advantageous:
- Water sector experience covering waste water (clean water background only still considered).
- Hands on Process Engineer with a background in chemicals applicable to water treatment (Coag dosing, Poly dosing, pH correction )
- An industry applicable BEng/BSc/MSc or equivalent
