Carrington West are assisting their local authority clients in Greater London with their search for experienced Town Planning Officers, with Major applications experience.
These roles are mainly positioned in the strategic application teams.
 
Ideally you will have previous Development Management experience of working on complex major applications as lead officer, with an understanding of s106 agreements and viability negotiations.
Hiring managers would like a positive approach to development and a desire to put sustainable development policies into practice.
 
Office visit/attendance requirements can vary, so please get in touch if you have any questions about remote working.
 
Carrington West are willing to offer £45-50 per hour for this position.
