Role: Principal or Associate - Flood Risk Consultant
Locations: London, Reading, Cambridge London, Birmingham Taunton, Bristol or Edinburgh.
Salary: £45-55,000 + package and benefits
Employment: Full time permanent
 
My client is a leading multi disciplinary consultancy who work on projecta attached to the Environment agency, AMP 7 water providers, local authorities and private sector clients.
 
They are looking to expand their Water team with a Principal or Associate level Consultant capacity who will be focused on Flood Risk and Water management delivery.
 
This role can be based from London, Reading, Cambridge London, Birmingham Taunton, Bristol or Edinburgh.
 
Dependant on your level of experience you will be expected to be expected to:
·Mentor junior members of staff
·Manage technical delivery of flood risk projects
·Quality Assurance of technical flood risk project delivery
·Involvement with proposals, bids and tenders
·Flood mapping, flood risk assessments and water cycle strategy input
·Manager delivery of UK projects mainly Local authorities and Environment Agency
·Use software such ISIS, Tuflow,Mircodrainage
·Deliver River engineering / flood alleviation schemes
