Carrington West are assisting their local authority client based in Essex in their search for a Principal DM Planning Officer on an initial 3 month contract.
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Development Management Team in the role of Principal Planner. You will be tasked with working on complex minor and small major applications. You will be joining a team of highly motivated planners in a friendly and vibrant environment.
You will be working closely with the DM Manager assisting them with the more junior staff members.

Carrington West Pay Rate - up to £40p/h
