Do you want to work for a highly motivated local authority planning team who consistently delivers a high level of service?
 
The Borough is looking for an experienced planning officer manage a caseload of major planning applications from pre-application discussions through to application submission and decision and associated submission of conditions post decision.
 
The position is within the Major Applications Team, reporting directly to the Major Applications Manager. The right candidate will have previous Development Management experience of working on complex minor applications and major applications as lead officer, with an understanding of s106 agreements and viability negotiations.
 
Carrington West are willing to offer £40-45 per hour for this position.
 
To be successful in this position you MUST BE:
·A Qualified Town Planner with significant experience within a Local Authority Planning Department.
·London experience desired but not essential.
