I am currently recruiting for a Principal Highway Engineer for an established private sector consultancy working on a major international projects in the Middle East and the UK.
 
The role offers hybrid working and falls inside IR35. 
 
Key experience required
 
·BEng/MEng (Hons) Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant
·Good working knowledge of Highways Design and DMRB with Highways England standards, including section 278 works
·Must be proficient with AutoCAD and Civil 3D
·Chartered Engineer or Incorporated Engineer (or working towards), MICE or equivalent
·Experienced in project delivery including reports, drawings and specifications
·Wide range of skills and projects including highways, engineering and with a breath of disciplines and skillset to coordinate across the team
·Ability to determine appropriate solutions with innovation and added value at all stages
·Experience of DMRB, Conditions of Contract, MCHW, Health and Safety and Best Practice
·Knowledge of and engagement with the civil engineering industry
