Carrington West are assisting their local authority client based in London in their search for a Principal DM Planning Officer (Major Applications Team) on an initial 8 month contract.

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Major Applications Team in the role of Principal Planner. You will be tasked with working on one application/major project. You would be joining a team of other Principal Planners and senior Managers, who work to preserve and enhance the borough's architectural heritage, and contribute to the delivery of inclusive, high quality new development.

You will be working closely with a Principal Conservation Officer to complete this project which runs up until January.

Carrington West Pay Rate - up to £50p/h
