If you have H&S experience within the building services market, and can work closely with the design team to ensure all H&S responsibilities are met under the CDM regulations, we want to talk to you!

We have a portfolio of works circa value of £10M; the projects include lift replacements, roof refurbishments, photovoltaic installations, upgrading of heating systems, toilet & office refurbishments. We are looking to appoint a Health & Safety professional to oversee the works. 

The person will be expected to work closely with designers to avoid and mitigate risk as necessary and ensure that all documentation is robustly completed. The role is extended beyond the PD duties to include an element of site audit and checking of RAMS throughout the projects.
