My Merseyside-based LPA client are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Planning Officer on a 6-month contract.
 
The caseload will comprise of mainly lower complexity cases (Householder and Minors) and you may be required in the area every 2-3 weeks for site visits. The council's planning team are close-knit and offices are open - office presence isn't required but is welcomed.
 
The pay rate on offer is in the region of £30p/h umbrella, although there may be some flexibility on this for the right candidate.
