We are recruiting for an experienced Planning Officer to join the busy Development Management team of our Devon-based LPA.
 
This role will be dealing with a backlog of householder and minor applications. As the primary goal is to clear the backlog quickly, the most suitable candidates must be able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
 
The position allows for full remote working although site visits may need to be carried out on a very occasional basis.
 
The hourly rate is negotiable dependent upon experience.
 
This role will move quickly and is unique opportunity to join a growing local authority.
