What we need:
Our client, a busy local authority based in the Southeast, are looking for an experienced and reliable (Site based) NEC4 Project manager to oversee a number of high profile Highways schemes in the region.
 
What you will do:
Administer the NEC4 term maintenance contracts
Issuing task orders
Issuing reports and communications to the client, your team and contractors
Coordination of designers, engineers, and contractors
Working closely with the local authority team in order to deliver projects effectively
Ensure compliance is followed
 
What you will need to succeed:
You will possess previous NEC Project Management experience on major Highways sites
You will have excellent experience in administering the NEC3 and NEC4 forms of contract
You will be able to lead the team and champion the use of the contract.
Happy working from home, with client office and site visits as required

Working at some exciting locations, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced NEC Project Manager to join a great Highways team. You will be paid £300 - £350 per day OUTSIDE IR35
