Are you a Learning & Development Specialist/Manager with experience handling early career development and training analysis for large organisations?
 
Do you have experience designing and delivering career development plans and liaising with stakeholders?
 
Rate: £550 - £600 Inside IR35 (Paid Umbrella)
 
Contract: 3 Months (Possibility for extensions)
 
Location: Birmingham - 2 Days in Office (3 days working from home)
 
Role:
 
My client is a leading client-side organisation in the rail industry looking to take on an interim Learning & Development Specialist to help support training and development for the whole organisation in its busiest period, with the recent release of the annual training needs report.
 
Working within the Learning team, you are one of two learning specialists responsible for handling all things learning within the organisation. You will specialise initially in the career development plan, ensuring key stakeholders and employees in the organisation understand the training and development accessible to them as well as identifying/highlighting learning interventions, hosting webinars to cover the opportunities to employees.
 
In addition to this, you will partner up with critical learning areas within the business, specifically commercial and engineering, monitoring their technical competency frameworks and community practices ensuring training is utilised.
 
Essential:
·        Previous experience working as a manager on learning and development programme within a large organisation.
·         Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement.
