Day Rate: £650 - £700 Per Day Inside IR35 (Paid Umbrella)
Location:  Birmingham or London (Hybrid Working)
Contract: 6 Months (Extensions Likely)
 
This is a leadership role rather then a technical role so they are looking for someone who has experience as a Lead Platform Manager, setting and developing visions and roadmaps and work with suppliers to deliver the set road map.
 
The right candidate must have experience in a management/ leadership role prior working as either a Platform Manager, Infrastructure Manager, Product Manager or Product Lead
 
We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Lead Platform Manager focusing on ServiceNow to join the Platforms and Operations Teams.   
This is senior manager grade, you will be an SME and as part of the role you will set and deliver the ServiceNow strategy leading 3rd party suppliers across design, build, and operations
You will collaborate with a variety of internal and external teams to drive the continual development, ongoing demand, and optimisation of the ServiceNow platform.
Prior experience of leading PPM/SPM implementations is desirable.
 
Previous Experience
·Develops impactful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
·Provides assurance and governance of ServiceNow
·Develops and manages ServiceNow strategy, roadmaps, and backlog as a Lead Platform Manager
·Provides ServiceNow subject matter expertise for operational issues
·3+ years' of enterprise-scale ServiceNow experience as a Platform or Product lead with experience in ITSM, ITBM, SAM and ITOM
