Landlord Surveyor
 
Are you an experienced Landlord Surveyor looking for your next permanent role?
 
Our client is a large mobile infrastructure operator with sites across the UK and Europe. They manage the Access, Design, Build and running of thousands of mobile telecommunication sites across the UK. They offer customers a range of high-end services to ensure their clients can deliver high quality transmission of voice, data and audio-visual. They are working on smart cities and emergency networks also.
 
They are currently recruiting for a Landlord Surveyor who will be tasked with Improving and developing current relationships with landlords.
 
 
 
Roles and responsibilities:
 
·You will be the point of contact for landlords, providing the right response to all requests.
·Manage and maintain the landlord communication.
·You will manage all processes from to start finish.
·Responsible for Stakeholder management and will also help develop strong working relationships with internal and external parties
·Previously experience managing lease agreements.
·Work with Legal teams to support complex Landlord issues.
·Understanding of ITIL principles and how a customer service approach can be undertaken.
·Support, develop and implement relevant policy and guidelines in relation to landlord interaction.
 
 
You will have the following:
 
·Estates and Property experience
·Experience within Project Management
·RICS - preferred but not essential
·Experience within the Telecoms industry would be preferred.
 
 
Full driving licence required as you will be required to undertake site visits and Landlord meetings.
