My client is a well established consultancy with multiple offices nationwide, due to an increase in workload and project wins their team is forecast to grow significantly moving forward.
 
As a result they are recruiting for a Topographical Land Surveyor to join their team in Scotland and their office is located near Falkirk. The role will be focused around conducting survey services working on projects across Scotland.
 
The main responsibilities of the role will include the below but not limited to:
·Carrying out Topographical Surveys & Measured Building Surveys
·Using equipment such as Lecia and 3D lazer Scanners
·Producing survey plans, section drawing and digital terrain mapping
·Using AutoCAD in 2D and 3D
 
In order to be suitable for this role you MUST have experience of carrying out topographical surveys as a minimum. In addition to this a full drivers license is also an essential requirement.
 
On offer is an attractive package which is negotiable dependant on experience, base salaries can range from £20,000 - 32,000 dependant on experience.
