This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading UK ETCS consultancy and signalling systems integrator. This role will be working for the appointed Railway Systems Integration Partner for the East Coast Digital Programme.
Requirements: A high level of experience and technical knowledge in managing and delivering signalling / telecoms work in a railway environment- preferably some ETCS exposure oA good understanding of how a PMO functions with a sound working knowledge of reporting and what makes a good report etc. Preferably directly held a role in a PMO previously, but not essential. oEffective leadership and management capabilities, including the ability to successfully influence multiple stakeholders with differing views and opinions to successfully achieve outcomes oExperience in the design and integration of complex engineering and/or mission critical systems oGood knowledge of/experience in the UK rail industry including ETCS and TM technologies oUnderstanding of key stakeholders such as DfT, ORR and ECDP industry partners oFamiliarity with MSP programme management methodologies, tools, and best practices or equivalent
