Are you a HR Coordinator with experience within internal recruitment?
 
Do you want the opportunity to work for one of the rail industry's largest multidisciplinary contractors?
 
Due to exceptional growth, my client is looking to add a HR Coordinator to their team to ensure the effective operation of internal administration and recruitment processes. Your duties as a HR Coordinator will include:
·All internal HR admin including: contract preparation, arranging security checks, medical referrals, IT asset requests, leading inductions and data management.
·Tracking and reporting on performance development reviews.
·Supporting the HR Manager with employee relations casework and attendance management procedures.
·Arranging and undertaking new starter interviews and meeting new starters at site on their first day.
·Monitoring training requests.
·Being the point of contact for recruitment enquiries and updating the candidate resource tracker.
·Advertising roles, and tracking candidate status.
·Processing the relevant recruitment admin for new starters.
 
Location: Birmingham + hybrid working
Salary: £26,000 per annum DOE
 
This is a fixed term contract until December 2023. There may be the opportunity to stay within the role/apply for another role within the company at the end of this term.

Requirements:
·Relevant experience as a HR/Recruitment Administrator/Coordinator
·Strong customer service and communication skills
·Ability to work in a fast paced environment    
·Strong Word/Excel skills
·Relevant HR qualification preferred
·Experience using HR systems
·Understanding of HR practices and employment legislation
