We are currently looking to recruit a HR Business Partner to work with our client's Projects Team based predominantly in the South of England.
 
As HR Business Partner you will be part of the high-performing HR Team who are responsible for leading all people elements of the business from day-to-day HR activity to strategic delivery the wider business plan.

As the Senior HR Business Partner, your duties & responsibilities will be:
 
·To lead a team of HR Business Partners ensuring an excellent service is delivered to their contracts locally.
·To partner with the Operations Director, with his contract leadership teams in shaping the people-focussed future of the Projects business.
·To act as a key member of the HR Leadership team which includes HR Operations, Learning and Development, Social Value and Communications in leading projects
 
Skills & Knowledge Requirements:
 
·Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
·Strong Employee Relations skills and knowledge including TUPE
·Commercially aware and collaborative
·Strategic thinker
·Comfortable with data and use of Excel/Microsoft packages
·Preferably MCIPD qualified
 
There is an opportunity for a temporary to permanent post here. We require someone who can drive as you will be expected to visit multiple sites across the area.
