Job Opportunity: Asphalt Surfacing Supervisor (Freelance)

Are you an experienced Asphalt Surfacing Supervisor with strong leadership skills? We're hiring for a freelance role overseeing on-site operations and ensuring high-quality asphalt projects are delivered on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

·Lead and manage on-site asphalt surfacing teams
·Coordinate daily schedules, crews, and materials
·Ensure all work meets industry standards and safety regulations
·Conduct site inspections and resolve issues swiftly
·Liaise with clients, project managers, and subcontractors

What We're Looking For:

·Proven experience in asphalt surfacing or road construction
·Strong leadership and team coordination skills
·Knowledge of health & safety regulations
·Ability to interpret project plans
·Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
·Relevant certifications (CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS) are a plus
