An opportunity has arisen for a Clerk of Works with experience in Highway Development Control (section 278/38) to join a client in Buckinghamshire. Your main duties include monitoring and checking highways works across the area, implementing multiple highway projects, scheme supervision and quality control.
 
This is a full-time contract position. The rate on offer is £30 - £34 per hour - negotiable for the right candidate. Flexible working arrangements are available.
 
Working within the Highways team your main duties include:
·Monitoring and checking the quality of highway works across the area
·Implementing multiple highway projects (surfacing, maintenance, developers works etc.)
·Ensuring the schemes are delivered within the given time scales, budgets and to the client's standards
·Overseeing the work carried out by the contractor on site
