An excellent opportunity has arisen in the West Midlands for a Highways Schemes Supervisor to work on a long-term contract basis, overseeing works being undertaken across a large highway network in both urban and rural areas.
 
Standard working hours are 50 per week, night shifts, and the role is available outside IR35 - meaning workers will have the option to determine if they wish to be paid via a limited company.
 
Our client is responsible for several Highways England construction schemes.
 
Key responsibilities:
·Management of sub-contractor labour working on highways & traffic improvement schemes
·Undertaking of tool-box talks and management of site health & safety
·Overseeing day-to-day operations on-site
·Ensuring all scheme documentation and paperwork is maintained and updated accurately and in a timely manner.
 
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK, hold SSSTS or SMSTS and a valid CSCS card.
