An opportunity has arisen for a Head of Highways, Traffic and Parking to join a client in London. You will be responsible for leading a team of engineering and technical professionals and overseeing the strategy and the service transformation for the client. The portfolio of works includes traffic engineering, parking services, project management, air quality and accessible transport. 
   
This is a full-time contract position. The rate on offer is £500 - £550 per day - negotiable for the right candidate.  Flexible working arrangements are available.  
   
Working within the Highways team your main duties include:  
·Leading a team of Traffic, Parking and Highway professionals 
·Delivering transformational changes to the service to create savings  
·Overseeing the strategy and the direction of the service  
·Ensuring appropriate policies are in place and the service targets are met at all times
