The successful applicant will have experience working on the Openreach network and the relevant accreditations. They are looking to increase their workforce and expand the service they can offer.
 
As a Fibre Supervisor, you will be managing engineers and splicers working on network build. You will be responsible for ensuring your operatives are trained and compliant and undertake the full duties of a supervisor on a FTTP build. Your key responsibilities will be to look after the fibre build, ensure high quality and maintain a safe site at all times. You'll be joining a growing team working within Manchester, with continuous internal opportunities to progress in your career in the future.

Key Essentials:
·You will carry out audits to make sure health and safety and quality are at the forefront of focus
·Manage KPIs across the teams to drive delivery across the network build
·Good knowledge of the fibre build overhead and underground
·Good Problem solving abilities
·Previous experience working with multiple gangs of fibre engineers across multiple disciplines
