My client a main contractor working within the Water and Utilities industry have an exciting opportunity for an External Fleet Hire Controller.  Based in Stevenage you will part of the Regional Operations Team that transacts all external enquiries relating to Plant, Fleet, Accommodation, Site Services and Tool requirements.
 
The ideal candidate would need to have experience working within the fleet hire industry.
 
Pay details:
£15.79 per hour ltd
40 hours a week.
 
Duties & Responsibilities
 
·Processing of all vehicles hire requirements through the Plant & Fleet Hire mailbox.
·Liaising with the internal team to ensure maximising utilisation
·Engage with supply chain to satisfy requests not supplied from internal stock.
·Process all hire, and off hire requirements received through the Plant & Fleet Hire mailbox and transact accordingly on the hire management software (InspHire, Jamma Key2, Oracle)
·Continuously review live hire reports
·Process off hire requests, ensuring suppliers collect the equipment within the agreed time frames and our databases is accurately updated.
·Develop positive relationships with Businesses and supply chain personnel
·Be proficient in all aspects of hire management and general administration
·Manage and resolve invoice and general queries
 
 
Skills & Knowledge Requirements:
 
·Previous experience within the Fleet hire industry is desirable.
·Relevant experience in an administrative role essential
·Experience of Insphire and/or Jaama Key2 desirable
·Proven IT Skills with experience of Microsoft Office.
