Are you an Estates Surveyor looking for an exciting new full-time role within a Local Authority? We have a great opportunity for an Estate Surveyor to join our clients Property Services Team in South Wales.
Role To value, manage and review the Council's property portfolio and conduct negotiations on behalf of the Council with owners, occupiers, and professional advisers in respect of a wide range of property transactions, and report on such matters with recommendations.
Candidates will ideally have: - ·Experience in carrying out survey reports and experience in the building industry. ·Ability to carry out valuations for a range of purposes. ·Knowledge and understanding of the legislative and statutory obligations that affect the delivery of estate management services generally and valuations specifically. Knowledge of good practice in the delivery of valuation services in accordance with RICS professional standards.
