Role: Assistant Drainage / Water Engineers
Location: Manchester
Salary: £18,532 increasing to £19.760in April based on a 40 hour week  + Overtime
Standard working week: Monday - Friday ( possible overtime on Saturday's and Sunday's)
Essential Criteria: UK Drivers license with no more than 5 points, MUST live with in 20 mins drive of Irlam
Engagement: Full time temporary to permanent hire over 6 months

I am working with a market leading client who are looking to recruit an Assistant Drainage / Water Engineer based from Manchester  or the surrounding areas.
 
In this role you will be working in a site based capacity as part of a 2-3 person team attached to water projects water utility companies such as Yorkshire Water, Anglian Water and United Utilities.
 
Full training will be provided so no prior experience is required, Please note only candidates who hold a full UK drivers license with less than 5 points can be considered for this role.
 
Working on site you will be responsible for performing asset identification.  These surveys will determine if a building is connected correctly to the sewer network.  This role will involve being on your feet moving from site to site and a base level of fitness is requires as you will need to remove man holes and drain covers.
 
This role is based working a Monday - Friday 40 hours per week, overtime is paid at X1.5 + hotel and food paid for stay away work.
