My local authority client based in the North London, is currently seeking a Development Management officer to join the team for an initial 3-month contract, however it is believed that this will role on for at least 12 months.
 
The ideal candidate will have recent experience within a local planning authority (LPA), however private sector experience will be considered.
 
You will be tasked with managing a case load of planning applications, mainly comprising householder and other minor planning applications, and determining within statutory time frame and/or local time targets.
 
My client has provided me with the JD which can be sent out upon request.
 
This contract can be worked on a hybrid basis with some office work needed, but this can be discussed on an individual basis. Site visits will need to be conducted.
 
Carrington West Pay Rate - £25-35 per hour
