My client in Central London is seeking an experienced town planner who can 'hit the ground running' who ideally has London LPA experience.
 
The role is to support the delivery of an efficient, effective and customer focussed Planning
Service.
 
You will process of a wide variety of planning applications including Minor, Other and Householder Applications together with the processing of pre-application planning enquiries whilst acting within delegated responsibilities.

My client is happy to offer this position on a mainly remote basis, but there will be some requirements for some site visits and office working on a weekly basis.
 
Carrington West are willing to offer £38-40 per hour for this position.
