Are you looking for a rewarding career within a call centre where you can really make a difference to our customers that need an extra level of care?

My client is based in Lincoln (near Lincoln station) and is looking to expand their ever-growing team by adding Collections Contact Centre Agents to their team.

As a Collections Contact Centre Agent, you'll be providing general advice and support by listening and understanding a customer's needs to help find individually tailored solutions. This role is challenging but offers a great opportunity to have a significant positive impact on customers' circumstances.

In this position you will be focused around working with customers who are behind on payments. You'll be tasked with assisting the customer to make a payment which is usually a case of either updating their payment plan/banking details or agreeing on a repayment plan.

My client prides themselves on high level customer service and this role would suit anyone with a "can do" attitude that is passionate about customer service and willing to go the extra mile to get customer issues and enquiries resolved.

We are looking for people with resilience, empathy, and a desire to help people in vulnerable situations and my client will provide full, ongoing training to help develop candidates into the role.

Candidates will work an average of 37 hours per week, with shifts between Monday and Sunday, including bank holidays. On the below shift rota, you will either be working earlies or lates for any given week and will typically be based Monday-Friday. Weekend work will happen on average every other week.

Monday to Friday: 8am-8pm
Saturday: 8am-4pm
Sunday and Bank Holidays: 10am-4pm

On offer is a salary of £21,800 + benefits, with progression up to £23,300 + benefits.
