An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Highway Supervisor to come and join a busy client in West Yorkshire working on Highway Maintenance Schemes.
 
The main duties of the Highway Supervisor are:

• Undertake supervision of highway maintenance works to ensure compliance with the requirements of the contract and including keeping clear and accurate records of necessary to demonstrate that compliance.
• Understand the principles of an NEC 3 contract to assist in the management of contractors and understand the roles and responsibilities of a supervisor.
• Undertake, and supervise others in, the supervision of highway maintenance schemes where appropriate to ensure compliance with contractual requirement.
• Prepare and supervise others in the preparation of technical and financial reports to ensure all schemes are appropriately approved and authorised for construction
