Highway Design Engineer
6 month Contract
Remote Working 

 
Our clients Transportation Division is currently seeking a Highway Design Engineer on a contract basis for 6 months to support the delivery of a wide variety highways and infrastructure projects.  This role will be working remotely with minimal travel to the office as and when required.
 
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of delivering competent designs within the highway sector and a working knowledge of the DMRB and local authority design guidelines. 
 
 
Requirements
·Minimum 5 years' experience working on highway projects
·Must be proficient with Civil 3D
·Competence with Sections 278, 38 and 104 submissions
·Comfortable working remotely
·Be confident to undertake design tasks with minimal supervision.
·Have good communication skills and be willing to positively interact will all members of the team
·High level of proficiency in AutoCAD and MicroDrainage
