My Public Sector Client are currently seeking 2 Building/Project Surveyors to join their major works team. This team focuses on the planned maintenance of the local authorities high-rise and walk up flats. This work includes all exterior works from painting to cladding as well as internal upgrades such as kitchens.
 
This role will include the pre inspections, works orders and contractor management as well as overseeing quality check and invoicing.
 
In order to be successful in your application for this role you will need to provide evidence of having previously managed projects on local authority stock that includes apartment blocks and flats. You will also need to demonstrate that you can successfully manage high value upgrade schemes from inception to completion.
