Are you a Building Surveyor with experience managing repairs and upgrades to schools, commercial and other operation properties within a Local Authority setting?
 
If so this role could be for you. This well established property team that are responsible for the repairs and improvement of a varied property portfolio are in need a Surveyor to assist them in surveying, writing of specifications and delivering works on an interim basis.
