Job description
We are working with a well-established property consultancy seeking a Building Surveyor to join their growing team in Uxbridge.
This is an excellent opportunity to work across a diverse project portfolio including commercial, residential, and public sector assets.
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality surveying services, managing projects, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
·Conduct condition surveys, defect analysis, and produce detailed reports
·Deliver dilapidations (landlord & tenant) instructions
·Prepare specifications, schedules of work, and tender documentation
·Project manage refurbishment and maintenance schemes from inception to completion
·Carry out technical due diligence and feasibility studies
·Provide professional advice on building defects, compliance, and maintenance strategies
·Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
·Support contract administration and monitor project progress on site
Requirements:
·Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
·Working towards or achieved MRICS (desirable)
·Experience across surveys, project work, or dilapidations
·Strong knowledge of building pathology and construction techniques
