East London Local Authority in need of a Building Surveyor to Survey, repair and maintain council owned properties across the Borough.
 
Responsibilities will include :-
- Survey and assessment of works
- Writing of specification and drawings for remedial works
- Management of planned maintenance schemes
- Management of internal and external contractors
 
In order to be successful in your application for this role you will need to have proven experience in commercial and public property maintenance. Have previously worked for a local authority in a similar position. Be able to use AutoCAD where required.
