Bedfordshire based public sector organisation seeking Building Surveyor to assist them with the repairs and maintenance of their commercial and residential portfolios.
 
In this role you will be responsible for surveying properties, determining required works, Scheduling these works and seeing them through to completion.
 
Requirements include previous experience working for a similar organisation, demonstrable g AutoCAD and a valid UK driving licence.
