What will I do? To complete audits, reviews, and consults on Building Control applications to ensure company policies and company objectives are achieved. This ensures a competent and compliant working environment and that quality standards are consistently met.
Responsibilities ·Undertake technical audits of surveyors to ensure the building control service meets quality standards and objectives. ·Manage final audits on projects prior to completion. ·Assist Audit & Compliance Manager with the preparation of reports to monitor staff performances against key performance indicators (KPI's) ·Ensure customer requirements are met in a timely manner ·Promote and enforce safety in the workplace. ·Assist Audit & Compliance Manager in setting relevant goals that promote company growth. Candidate Profile ·Chartered membership of an appropriate professional institution (RICS, CABE, CIOB) or can demonstrate competence in this field. ·2 years' experience in the construction industry with relevant experience in Building Control. ·Knowledge of relevant standards/legislation and environmental issues. ·IT literate with the ability to use a range of software programmes
