Are you an experienced bid coordinator with experience providing support across bids and tenders? Are you looking for a new opportunity in a well-established utilities environment assisting a national company to win business and continue to grow?
I'm working with a well-established telecommunications and multi-utility company working across the UK. The client has won multiple awards across their infrastructure builds and has a brilliant ethos when it comes to internal progression and upskilling workers.
Due to ongoing growth they currently have an opening for a bid coordinator to join their office in Borehamwood. This role is office-based Monday to Friday within office working hours 8 am until 5 pm.
As a permanent member of the business development and work winning team, you will provide support in the winning of new business.
Key Responsibilities 
·Responsibility for client and e-procurement portals to monitor, download and circulate opportunity updates, Prequalification Questionnaires (PQQs) and Invitations to Tender (ITT) documentation.
·Compliance with Work Winning Procedure.
·Maintain library of PQQ/ITT responses via EasyPQQ software platform.
·Creation of Question Response Tracker (Responsibility Matrix) for framework and major project opportunities.
·Collation of first draft and/or historical responses to SHEQ and Technical questions and supporting Appendices in collaboration with individuals from the Project Management Office (PMO), Design and Engineering and SHEQ functions, and with input from key Operational personnel.
·Bid co-ordination tasks to include internal Bid Progress Review meetings.
·Collation of completed SHEQ and Technical responses in advance of Red Review.
·Upload and submission of completed PQQ and ITTs via client / e-procurement portals.
·Assist in the creation of Post Tender Presentation slides.
·Assist in creation of new and updating of PQQ/ITT supporting documents i.e. Capability Statements, Case Studies and CVs.
Mandatory Competence Requirements
·Minimum 2 years' experience in bid co-ordination.
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·Experienced in navigating client/e-procurement portals.
·Proven ability in use of MS Word, PowerPoint, Visio or similar.
