Associate Transport / Flood Risk / Drainage Engineer
My client are looking for a degree-qualified (ideally Chartered) Associate or Associate Director Infrastructure Engineer to join their Engineering team in Bedford.
You will have previous experience, specifically in the preparation of Transport Statements, Transport Assessments, Travel Plans, Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Strategies to support Planning Applications for both residential and non-residential development.
You will have a high level of technical expertise as well as excellent communication and management skills. You will be able to manage colleagues and deadlines with minimal input. Work will include Due Diligence Site Appraisals/Feasibility Studies through to preparation of Planning Application documentation.
You will be competent in the use of the following software programmes:
·Junctions 9
·LINSIG
·Tempro
·Ideally experienced in MicroDrainage
Experience of Flood Modelling software is preferable but not essential.
