An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Associate Electrical Engineer to join an expanding Building Services consultancy in London. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer looking to take on greater leadership responsibilities while working on major projects across commercial office, residential, education, retail, leisure, and mixed-use sectors.

You will play a key role in project leadership, client development, team management, and technical delivery within a collaborative and growing business.

The Role

As an Associate Electrical Engineer, you will:

• Lead electrical design delivery across multiple projects
• Manage client relationships and attend key project meetings
• Oversee project programmes, quality, and resource management
• Mentor and develop engineers within the team
• Support business development and project bidding activities
• Deliver sustainable and innovative design solutions
• Ensure projects are delivered to the highest technical standards
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary design teams and stakeholders

Requirements

• Extensive experience within building services consultancy
• Strong technical electrical design expertise
• Previous experience leading projects and teams
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Commercial awareness and project management experience
• Knowledge of current industry regulations and standards
• Revit/BIM experience desirable
• Chartered Engineer status preferred
